HORSEFLY FAIR USE POLICY

As part of our commitment to providing a high-quality, reliable and fast service, AI Recruitment Technologies, trading as Horsefly (“we”, “us”, “Horsefly” or “our”) has issued this this Fair Use Policy (“FUP”) which applies to all Services and Customer Support Services provided by Horsefly.
Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy will have the meaning set out in Horsefly’s terms and conditions. This FUP is in addition to the other terms and conditions and policies issued by Horsefly in relation to our Services.
Purpose of FUP
The Horsefly Service delivers analytics from hundreds of millions of data points and will be used concurrently by many Customers at any one time. This FUP is to provide our Customers rules and guidelines that will ensure all Customers have a high-quality experience from using the Horsefly Services.
The FUP
Customers are responsible for their Users compliance with this Policy. A breach of this Policy constitutes a breach of the Agreement between Horsefly and Customer.
- Usage of our Platform Services
Customers must not do any of the following:- Use bots or similar automation for the purpose of undertaking searches and obtaining data from the Services
- Use artificial intelligence, machine learning or other automated means or processes to access, query or collect data from the Services
- Use spiders, offline readers, robots or other automated systems to overwhelm or attempt to overwhelm our Services or infrastructure
- Probing, scanning, testing the system vulnerability or any other actions to compromise the integrity of our systems
- Attempt to scrape or use any other methods to access or search the Services, other than the methods prescribed by the application
- Usage of our API Services
Customers must not do any of the following:-
- Exceed the limit of 10,000 calls per day limit. This limit is set to prevent abuse, maintain service quality and ensure fair access to resources
- Exceed the limit of 128 concurrent connections. Excessive concurrent connections can degrade service quality for other users
- Engage in abusive usage of the API, including but not limited to spamming, hacking, scraping, or any activity that may disrupt or degrade the performance of the API or harm other users

- Usage of our Customer Support Services
Horsefly is committed to Customers maximizing the benefit they gain from using our Services, therefore we are committed to providing an excellent Customer Support Services.
Horsefly’s Customer Support Services includes:- Guidance for built-in features
- Troubleshooting
Excessive usage of our Customer Support Services is defined as Customer support requests that exceed at least ten times the average number of support requests.
In instances where a Customer usage of Support Services is in excess of this limit, we will take the following steps: - Contact the Product Owner informing them of the excessive usage
- If excessive usage continues, we will contact you again asking you to reduce your usage
- If your usage remains excessively high, we will contact you advising that we will be limiting use of our Customer Support Services, or agree additional fees for the excessive usage
Extenuating Circumstances
We understand Customers on some occasions, may have very high volumes of traffic outside of their regular usage. In such cases where the traffic can be predicted, we request that we are informed with as much notice as possible to ensure that the delivery of Horsefly Product remains consistently high.
